It was extra sweet to go to Shelburne this year to celebrate the work of Cathy Henning. I've been in awe of her modesty and such attention to detail for years, having met and gotten to know her shortly after I started hooking. For a few years we gathered with a group of ladies at AJ and UB's house for 4-5 days to hook, eat, and talk – and we did a lot of all three! Cathy was also my travel companion for several years down to Shelburne, and her prowess as a navigator is unsurpassed! ;-)
I might be wrong, but I think this may be the first time this tribute has been paid to a Canadian – and Cathy is certainly deserving. Enjoy the show....
