I hooked last night for the first time in almost 3 months. Because I definitely don't want a repeat performance of my shoulder problem, I am pacing myself. Yes, I can hardly believe it while I type it.....but it's true! I sat down at the frame last night for just an hour, focusing on my posture the whole time.
I will try to hook for just one or two hours a night for the rest of this week and assess how I feel before I start upping my 'mileage'. It almost sounds like I'm training for a marathon....but I guess since the project at hand is
Jumbo, it is somewhat true. Except maybe a bit more like one of the
